my favorite
I love the amazing race. it is most definitely one of my favorite shows, and a new season started today. yeah!! when a new season starts, I usually pick out my favorite team right away. sometimes I change my mind throughout the course of the show, but sometimes I do not. this season my favorite team (already, even though the show has only been on for 15 minutes) is the mother son team of margie and luke. 
luke is deaf, and you can tell already that he and his mother have a really strong bond. good luck guys! (yeah for a new season of the amazing race!!!)p.s. thanks for everyone who voted for my card. I did not win (it was not even close), but I appreciate everyone's support! thank you!!

Yes! We love this show too! And, if the first episode is any indication, this looks like it will be a great season. Last season, I didn't really love any team a whole lot, especially out of the final three. I didn't really care who won, and it is much more fun when you are pulling for a team. But this season looks like it will have a lot of likeable teams--the small stunt guys, the Asian siblings, Ryan likes the guy from school of rock, and my favorite team matches up with yours--the mother and son. That was great when Phil signed "you're team number 1" at the finish line. And I almost wet my pants during the cheese challenge. Too funny. Wish you lived here so you could come to our Sunday night gatherings and watch it with us! I'll just have to come discuss it with you on your blog on Mondays.
P.S. and you came in 3rd on the contest--that is not bad at all!
I know! that cheese challenge was so funny! I was laughing so hard I was crying. and then I cried again when phil did the sign langauge...priceless. :)
I was going to call and ask what you thought. It was a great show. I loved the cheese event also, it bothered me the way the husband was not very nice to his wife and they kept saying they were not very smart. I think they want a sympathy vote or something. But he kept with her and they were able to figure out how to get the cheese down quicker than most.
