I'm a little sad that nobody commented on my last post. maybe there hasn't been enough time. or maybe it was only super cool to me. whatever the case may be, the "over easy egg on toast" is actually an apricot, yogurt, and pound cake. I don't know if she toasted the pound cake or broiled it, but it actually looked toasted. thanks mom for making a fun treat for us for april fools day.

Oh sad...I guessed the pound cake part but couldn't figure out the apricot or yogurt part. David's family is into the April's foods as well. Me?...Not so much. Rachel made us dinner on Thursday...Cake (chicken pasta in a spring form pan), mashed potatoes and gravy(ice cream & carmel syrup), and fish sticks (raspberry sticks slightly melted and rolled in toasted coconut). Luckily nothing looked to real to prevent my eating it. ;)
It was super cute. None of us Cosbys or Stays are very much into april fools day, but disguised food is something benign enough that I think it would be fun to do with my children.
That is really cute. I thought it looked really real. The toast is on the smaller side, but other than that you could have fooled me. Sounds yummy. Cute background by the way!
